In the 19th century manor was a property of the family of Baron von Wolff and became one of the most luxurious manors in Vidzeme. The complex of the manor includes two castles – the White Castle and the Red Castle, also a greenhouse, a barn, an arena that after renovation houses a classy hotel, and other buildings.
